Ben Christly is a danger to our community. He drove his Mercedes Benz drunk through a median, through scrubs and trees and into oncoming lanes of traffic. He defecated and urinated on himself, could not walk straight. He refused to cooperate with law enforcement and became belligerent. He was found guilty and spent time (five days and ten days of partial confinement on a work program) in jail for his crime. Ben Christly was arrested after trying to force entry into a woman’s car and another woman’s house in the middle of the night.
